Children

KIDS WORK

On Sundays:

We have children’s groups running during the service that happens most weeks. Children will arrive with their parents and go into the Main Hall for worship. After about 15/20 mins the children will be invited to go to their groups.  There will be kids team members showing you which room to go to depending on the age of your child they will then be checked in for the morning session. Parents can then take their seats in the Hall for the service.
This is a time that is fun, age relevant and varied. Combining games, crafts, toys for the little ones and stories all helping them find out about how Jesus can impact their lives and encouraging them in their own relationship with God.

Each week we have an amazing team serving, who have all been subject to a DBS check.

Other Events:

We also plan in other events – meet ups in the Park, picnics, parties, quiz nights etc. These will be advertised in advance. This summer we also have our Minecraft Church event see below for further details.

Minecraft Church

This summer during the school holidays we are running Minecraft Church on a Thursday afternoon.

During each session children will play a game, listen to a bible story and recreate that bible story in Minecraft (or Lego) together.

Bring a tablet with Minecraft loaded on it or share devices with a friend.
Children must be accompanied by their grown up (who must stay too).

The Light Party is typically held 31st October. Booking will open some time beforehand.

Christmas

Every year, around Christmastime, our services are packed with a Christmas theme, and have a big family focus. In the past, we’ve had Messy Church services, interactive Family services and kids parties.
