We believe that Jesus is alive today and loves to answer our prayers and change lives. As we go through our lives in the places we work, at the school gates, at home or wherever we find ourselves we want to be a positive influence for Jesus in those places. Living out our vision to receive, respond to and display God’s love to our town we expect to partner with Jesus in praying for our friends and family and the people we encounter in our daily lives and see things change by the power of the Holy Spirit.
You can help us to meet this goal by sharing a story of how God has used you to break through in everyday situations. This does not have to be a story of something major like healing or salvation, though it could be, but stories where God meets you and others in the everyday, here are some examples:
Stories of people we know stepping out in faith bring great encouragement to us and to others as we realise how much God loves us , in the small and big things, and how much we can rely on Him in our daily lives.
Please send us your story using this form. The stories will be collated by our office team and be used from time to time in our meetings or on our web site so please anonymise them unless the names are important to the telling of the story. Where names are used we would seek individual permission before using them publicly. If you do not wish your story to be used publicly but still want to share with us so we can include them in a count of stories of God’s goodness then please tick the box on the form.
